Ikigai Short Film Directed by Ramazan Nanayev

Special Feature: Ikigai Film Screening + Q&A
We’re proud to feature Ikigai, a powerful short film that made its world premiere at Lincoln Center in New York City, during our Open House.

The story follows sushi master Mr. Gichi as he faces a moral crossroads after his young friend is assaulted—an intimate and moving exploration of accountability, courage, and healing.

After the screening, stay for a live Q&A with director Ramazan Nanayev to learn more about the inspiration behind the film and its connection to our work.

We hope you’ll join us on August 4 and be part of the next generation of impact.

From our founding as the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape in 1975 to the work we do today as Respect Together, we’ve spent five decades advancing a world free from sexual abuse, assault, and harassment.
