Respect Together is committed to eliminating all forms of sexual violence and advocating for the rights and needs of survivors. Our organization comprises two main divisions: the National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC), which provides resources and prevention strategies nationally, and the Pennsylvania Coalition to Advance Respect (PCAR), which focuses on advocacy within Pennsylvania. Based in Harrisburg, PA, most of our 55 employees work on hybrid schedules, with a few fully remote staff members.
National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC):
NSVRC provides resources and training to state sexual assault coalitions, departments of health, community-based programs, and others working to address and prevent sexual violence. NSVRC leads the annual national Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) prevention campaign each April; and maintains the world’s largest resource library specializing in the topic of sexual violence, with many resources also available in Spanish. Scope Of Work:
NSVRC is looking for a consultant to lead a trauma informed needs assessment process to identify emerging issues, training and technical assistance needs, promising practices, and service demands for sexual assault survivors. The key populations we want to hear from are survivors of sexual violence and the general public. The needs assessment must be accessible in multiple formats, including online, through social media, and in person.
Time Frame: April – September 2025, possible October 2025 – September 2026
- April 2025 – Begin planning for needs assessment
- May/July 2025 – Release needs assessment tool, host information gath-ering sessions, etc.
- August 2025 – Gather data and create a rough draft and recommenda-tions for ongoing needs assessment.
- September 2025 – Publish initial findings of needs assessment.
- Continue process if funding is approved October 2025 – September 2026

- Detailed Budget for up to $70,000.
