The Junior Webmaster is responsible for managing the technical operations of our websites. This position will work closely with web developer consultants responsible for front-end and back-end development, ensuring that all websites are functioning smoothly, secure, and accessible for users with disabilities. Additionally, the Junior Webmaster will train staff across the organization in basic website content management, empowering them to contribute high-quality content to our platforms and keep them up to date. The Junior Webmaster will also develop and maintain website standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and best practices across all web properties. This is an on-site position with a hybrid work schedule requiring 2 days in our Harrisburg, PA office per week.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating the overall functions of the Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) Training and Technical Assistance Initiative, Services for Male Survivors of Sexual Assault Project. The Project Coordinator will manage relationships with external partners and will ensure that all deliverables are completed as agreed upon with the OVW grant manager. The position will also support other projects as needed, providing high quality training, resource development, and technical assistance on a variety of sexual violence prevention and response topics.

The Counselor/Advocate will have a strong understanding of sexual assault and the many issues faced by survivors, as well as experience working with survivors of sexual abuse, assault, and harassment. The Counselor/Advocate will provide in-person and tele-counseling direct services to victims and their significant others, and conduct community outreach activities throughout Adams County.
