Mandy Billman is the Director of the Sexual Assault Prevention and Counseling Center at the YWCA Lancaster. She has worked for the organization in various capacities for almost twenty years. She holds a Masters in Social Work from Millersville University.
She is passionate about serving victim survivors, engaging the community with prevention efforts, and supporting the growth of team members. She participates in local community groups and task forces to improve responses to victim survivors, minimize barriers for folks receiving services, and create social change.
