Paulette Keo Carpenter is the Program Manager for Community Health Worker (CHW) CORE at Public Health Management Corporation. She oversees an accredited training program for CHW certification and an apprenticeship program in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Paulette has over 20 years of public health experience, implementing programs on nutrition and food access, tobacco prevention and control, and youth leadership and advocacy. She believes strongly in community engagement and the power of collective impact. Paulette holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Temple University and is a Master of Business Administration candidate from Eastern University, graduating in May 2026. She’s on a quest to visit every national park and enjoys reading, eating good food and planning vacations. A Lancaster City native, Paulette currently resides in Delaware County with her husband and two young daughters.
