Stephanie Gilbert, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist and currently practices in her private practice, Stephanie Gilbert and Associates, LLC. Licensed in California (LMFT118838), Florida (MT4801), and Connecticut (003615), she brings extensive clinical expertise and leadership.

Stephanie earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Spiritual and Depth Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. Prior to opening her private practice, she worked in community mental health and treatment center settings.  In her career, she has supervised and mentored clinicians and presents on a variety of mental health topics.

A passionate advocate for social justice, Stephanie is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and serves on the Political Action Committee.  She is also a member of Pro-Choice Therapists and a part of Build Better Health. She is committed to advocating for policies and initiatives that support reducing barriers and increasing access to resources and care.

In addition to her professional work, Stephanie enjoys distance running and spending time with her two dogs, Moxie and Sunshine. She views art as a tool for healing and self-expression and is a member of A Rebel Collective. As an active part of the community, she wrote and performed a monologue at the most recent I’m Sorry Monologues, directed by founder Jennifer Esposito, in New York City.
